Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly (e.g. name and WhatsApp number) and automatic data (IP, device, platform interactions). For dealers: inventory and customer data they enter into the system.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide platform services, improve AI search, communicate via WhatsApp, and process transactions (test drives, offers, financing).

Third-party sharing

We share data only with: (1) dealers you contact directly, (2) financing partners when you apply, (3) service providers (AWS, Meta WhatsApp, Anthropic).

Your rights

You have the right to access, edit, delete, or export your data. Contact privacy@cargeen.com.

Data retention

We retain your data while you use the service + 24 months after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.

Data residency

UAE data is stored in AWS me-south-1 (Bahrain) and UAE region. Saudi data is stored within the Kingdom per NDMO requirements.

Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). PII is encrypted with per-tenant DEKs.
