Acceptance of terms
By using Cargeen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Role of the platform
Cargeen is a platform connecting dealers and buyers. We are not a party to any sale. Transactions occur directly between dealer and buyer.
Dealer responsibility
The dealer is responsible for accuracy of vehicle info, quality badges (first owner, no accidents, etc.), and fulfilling obligations to the buyer (delivery, warranty).
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before purchase, verifying documents, and reading contracts. Cargeen recommends independent inspection.
Subscription (dealers)
Dealer subscription is annual. 7-day free trial. Cancellation available anytime — remaining period is non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
Intellectual property
The Cargeen platform, AI, and design are owned by Cargeen FZE. Vehicle photos remain the property of the dealer who uploaded them.
Disclaimer
Cargeen does not guarantee vehicle quality or transaction safety. AI provides suggestions but final decisions rest with the parties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations (fraud, false info, spam, etc.).
Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes are resolved in Dubai courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
